Front Drive Attendants at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin provide guests with their first and last impression of the complex. It is their responsibility to assist every guest to ensure that the arrival and departure process at our resort is a flawless experience.
Our Front Drive Attendants are there to greet each guest, assist in taking luggage inside, and valet park vehicles. During your stay, our staff will be available to retrieve your car from valet, provide you with driving directions, and to assist you in answering any questions you may have. Front Services also provides our own Taxi Service.
