The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Convention Security Department is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our clients and their guests. Our uniformed security department maintains a visible presence throughout the resort complex and is easily accessible around the clock.
Each security officer is equipped with a 2-way radio, providing rapid communication with our security dispatcher, as well as any other department within the resort, assuring your needs will be met quickly, efficiently and safely. Each of our in-house security officers are certified in first aid, CPR and AED so that they can quickly respond to any medical emergency that might arise.
Our Convention Security Manager can assist you in arranging a meeting security schedule that accommodates the physical layout of your meeting space and your specific security requests, while also addressing the need to protect your assets. We strive to implement security requests in an inconspicuous manner, working behind the scenes to keep your program running safely and smoothly. We also have a Hotel Security Manager on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist you with any concerns or program changes you may have.
